Kris’s coaching philosophy:

Kris takes a no-nonsense approach to his coaching. Kris expects his players to respect him, other coaches, parents, teachers, and other role models. He expects his players to act accordingly at all times by sticking up for teammates. Whether it is on the field or in the school. This being said, he has been known to joke with the kids when they least expect it. He has an “old school” mentality that hard work and practice make perfect. There are no superstars on his team and if you’re late or miss a practice, he will say something. His commitment to the team is unparalleled and his record as coach reflects that.
Kris believes that to achieve greatness you have to play at a higher level at all times. During his tenure as coach he has had his teams play in older divisions to show his players that they could compete. This has matured the younger players at such a fast rate that when they play in their own age group they are light years ahead of their peers.

Euro United is pleased to have Kris’s passion, integrity, and dedication to his teams.
